Our terms and conditions are based on the general terms and conditions of the hotel accommodation contract from the German hotel association (IHA) e.V..
As our guests are special guests and our relationship with our guests/customers is based on fairness and appreciative treatment, our terms and conditions are summed up to a few points.

1. A hotel accommodation contract is concluded through a booking which can happen in writing, verbally or electronically.

2. With this booking, we commit to have the room(s) and all other booked service ready on the set date. In contrast, you may engage in these services or cancel them in time (min. 96 hours before arrival when traveling without a group outside of trade fairs, min. 6 weeks before arrival at trade fairs or when traveling in a group), so we have the chance to rent the room otherwise.

3. The rooms are prepared and cleaned at 1 o’clock PM. If you want to arrive earlier, please notify us. If it is possible, we gladly have the rooms ready earlier.

4. Please leave your room until 11 o’clock AM on your departure day, so we have enough time to prepare the room for the next guest.

5. If you arrive after 9 o’clock PM, please notify us. At nonattendance without further notice, we are entrepreneurially obliged to bill for the not used room(s).

6. Our most important goal is to make our guest’s/customer’s stay as pleasant as possible. If something is missing or if you have a wish, please give us a direct notification. We will immediately do what is within our possibilities to fulfil the wish.

7. Our hotel is a non-smoker hotel. In every room smoking is prohibited. In case of violation we will bill for a cleaning fee of 250€. Smoking is possible at the roofed entrances at any time.

8. Bringing pets or other animals is not allowed because of hygienic reasons.

9. The cleanness of our rooms is very important for us and our guests. If damages which take extraordinary time to fix occur because of our guests/customers, these damages will be billed.

10. For your valuables we have a safe in which we gladly store them.

11. Our bills have to be paid within ten days, even though when there is no due date written on them.

12. Services like, i.e. sauna or minibar, which are not paid on departure will be billed retroactively.

13. We accept all common credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Diners, Amexco) and EC-cards. We only send bills if a cost assumption declaration is present or if the companies are well known to us.

14. As our parking lot is not enclosed, we are not able to assure any liability.

15. Your satisfaction is our main concern. If there are any inconveniences for you despite all efforts, we ask you to talk to us. We can only fix issues if we know about them.
